I was asked, if you should own a Slow Cooker and my answer is: YES! Slow Cookers are not very common in Germany, I can't understand it. It is a must for every working woman, part-time or not. I had two beef cheeks in the freezer and no idea what to serve for lunch. So I decided to make
Slow-cooked beef cheek ragú with pasta

Absolutely delicous! I loaded the Slow Cooker before I left for work and used a timer clock to switch on the kitchen gadget. The smell from the kitchen when I returned from work was stunning. For the meal I had only to cook the pasta and got a fast slow-cooked dish.
