This week's recipe on page 80 from Baking: From my home to yours: Buttery Jam Cookies has been chosen by Heather of Randomosity and the Girl. I am very busy these days and so this is a very short entry. These quick and easy cookies fit perfect into my schedule. The result was very tasty.

The whole family was pleased by this cookies and asked for more.

I used orange marmelade and used my small ice cream scoop to drop the dough onto the baking sheet.

i love marmalade with its tangy and bitter mixture. never thought to use it for cookies, though. what an idea!
