Dienstags mit Dorie: Erdbeertörtchen

TWDClick here for the English version.

What awesome strawberry vendors you have! Your tart looks very good. I agree that this tart would have been great without jam too.

Caitlin (guest) - 2008/06/10 04:32

I'm oh-so-jealous of the density of strawberries near you! And the ability to just buy creme fraiche. *sigh*

CB (guest) - 2008/06/10 04:34

Omg. That strawberry mobile is so hilarious!! Your tart looks delicious. Great job!

Ilka (guest) - 2008/06/10 12:32

Da bekommt man so richtig Appetit, ein super schöner Beitrag!

Sivie (guest) - 2008/06/10 13:41

Jessica (guest) - 2008/06/10 14:29

Your tart is beautiful, and the little strawberry carts are so charming!

Hedonistin - 2008/06/10 14:37

Teanna (guest) - 2008/06/10 18:35

Oh wow.

That. looks. AMAZING! Nice work! You have some amazing skills!

Marie (guest) - 2008/06/10 19:58

Your strawberry tart looks wonderful! I love Germany. It's one of my favourite places to visit. You have some of the most wonderful cakes and pastries in the world there!

Sihan (guest) - 2008/06/10 20:13

Vibi (guest) - 2008/06/10 21:49

Well I must have forgotten another reason why I love coming here... food just looks so much better when coming out of your kitchen!
Must the something in the water! ...or the air! ...or the strawberries!!! LOL
Great job as usual, Ulrike!

Kayte (guest) - 2008/06/10 22:37

Oh, I am so happy you mentioned that the tart crust makes 8 little tart shells as I was wondering how many I could get out of it if I did the little tarts like yours. Thanks for that information!

Your photos are great, as always, and your tarts look very pretty.

I love the photos of the strawberry stands...how fun are those?

Really...strawberries and green peppercorns for your wedding? Sounds really nice...and I think you should have them on your anniversary this year, too...celebration time!

Susan (guest) - 2008/06/10 23:10

Oh WoW

Your post is my favorite this week - I love the pictures of the strawberry vendors! Your tart looks great, too! Thanks for the post!

Lori (guest) - 2008/06/11 00:00

I wish we had creme fraiche here in the States. I make mine with buttermilk and heavy cream. I know its not the real thing but its still enjoyable.

You did the pepper too. I wanted to but just could not bring myself to do it.

AnneStrawberry (guest) - 2008/06/11 00:04

That looks so yummy, rustic and beautiful. Great job!

Christine (guest) - 2008/06/11 01:07

This is a great recipe and I'm pretty sure everyone thinks so!

I love the photos! And I want some of that Spargel, too!

Dandu (guest) - 2008/06/12 06:35

Shari (guest) - 2008/06/12 15:22

Cute strawberry stalls

I love that you showed us where you buy your strawberries. Those are adorable. Your tart looks delicious.
