TWD: Fluted Polenta and Ricotta Cake
I decided to present the recipe of the week - chosen from Caitlin of Engineer Baker - as my submission for the 3 rd Anniversary of the German Blog-Event: Cakes. When I first read the recipe, I thought, I wouldn't like it. I was convinced of the contrary. Theis juicy and - against expectations - I liked the crunch of the figs. I think I try it again with one of the Mediterranean flavours, because it's quick and easy to prepare.
