Küchenlatein

I sometimes have the same challenge when I convert metric recipes. I got a kitchen scale that does grams and ounces that helps.

While I grew up with lemon meringue pie, as an adult I prefer it with less filling and less meringue. My children didn't like it either, although they liked the crust which seemed to be like butter cookies to them.
