Ingredients
| 2 | Lemons, zest and 100 ml juice | ||
| 750 | grams | Quark, 20 % Fat | |
| 200 | grams | Cream | |
| 75 | grams | Sugar | |
| 1 | Melon about 200 g | ||
| 1 | pack | Jam sugar, quick and easy, without cooking |

Directions
Whisk together quark, cream, sugar, lemon juice and zest.
Refrigerate until well chilled, about 2 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator and pour into the bowl of an ice cream machine. Freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Meanwhile prepare the melon jam according to package instructions.
When the ice cream is nearly completely thickened, pour in the melon jam to create a swirl in the ice cream. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve.
