Cheese cakes everywhere. I decided to make a savoury cheese cake with three different sorts of cheese.
I chose another recipe from
Sophie Dudemaine. I was successful again and this is my contribution to HHDD #10 hosted by
peabody from Culinary Concoctions.

Ingredients
| 150 | grams | | Flour |
| 1 | pack | | Baking powder |
| 3 | | | Eggs, size M |
| 2 | pinches | | Pepper |
| 100 | ml | | Sunflower oil |
| 125 | ml | | Milk |
| 100 | grams | | Gruyère, grated * |
| 100 | grams | | Bleu d'Auvergne* |
| 100 | grams | | Mimolette, diced * |

Directions
Preheat oven to 180 °C (160 °C fan. In a bowl mix flour and baking powder, add eggs and pepper and whisk together. Add oil, warm milk and grated Gruyère. Mash blue cheese with a fork. Add blue cheese and Mimolette to the batter. Pour into a lined baking tin and bake for 45 minutes.
Cool cake in the tin on a wire rack.
* I omitted the Mimolette and used 200 g blue cheese and a Cheddar/ Gruyère mixture
