Ingredients
| 150 | grams | Flour | |
| 1 | pack | Baking powder | |
| 3 | Eggs, size M | ||
| 1 | pinch | Salt | |
| 2 | pinches | Pepper | |
| 100 | ml | Sunflower oil | |
| 125 | ml | Milk | |
| 100 | grams | Greyerzer, grated | |
| 200 | grams | Bacon, diced * | |
| 80 | grams | Prunes, stoned |

Directions
Preheat oven to 180 °C (160 °C fan. In a bowl mix thoroughly flour and baking powder, add eggs and whisk well. Add oil, warm milk and grated cheese. Fry bacon without fat about 5 minutes unitil golden.* Mix together prunes and bacon and add to the batter. Pour into baking tin and bake about 45 minutes.
Note Ulrike: I lined the tin with paper
* While preheating the oven I put a pan with the bacon into the oven. To remove the excess fat put on kitchen towel. Sprinkle prunes and bacon with little flour and add to the batter.
