Hi, got to know of your blog via WHB, as I was attracted to the words "chicken curry". This dish looks like a Thai recipe, with the peanut butter and coconut milk.
I always thought parsley, coriander and cilantro means variations of the same herb and taste similar, don't they?
is the name of the same herb, but it depends on your "cultural circle" what it means. Cilantro are definitely the leaves but corinander could be the leaves and the seed. In German you make the difference between coriander leaves and coriander seed. The leaves taste different from parsley.
