Great Combination

This sounds just wonderful. I recently made a recipe from Fine Cooking which I haven't posted yet that has chicken sauteed with a sauce with peanut butter and coconut milk. This sounds very similar. I bet the chicken is very tender after being cooked in the crockpot that way.
