The poppies are beautiful. For some reason, I haven't ahd much luck in growing them. I love poppy seeds in food. In the U.S. there are a lot of jokes about how if you eat them you will fail your drug tests (some people have to have drug tests at their job to be sure they aren't using drugs), so if you serve something with poppy seeds for a dinner party, someone is sure to make a joke about it!
