Is that typical german bread ? I mean, I spent a few wekes in Germany last year and ate german bread, which is kind of dense compared to french bread. I loved it and would like to make some. Just want to know what kind of bread is this one before translating the recipe (yeah, your blog helps improve my german ;) ).
