Bei dem Backen der Senf- und Maisbrötchen war ich mir nicht sicher, ob ich die englische Anleitung richtig interpretiert hatte. Deshalb hatte ich an den Autor des Buches "The Handmade Loaf" Dan Lepard geschrieben.
