Its time for the 2nd round of "Browniebabe of the month" over at Once upon a tart. The strawberry season has reached the north of Germany and I decided to participate with

Ingredients
| 188 | grams | Butter | |
| 188 | grams | Chocolate, semisweet | |
| 180 | grams | Sugar | |
| 1 | pack | Vanilla sugar | |
| 150 | grams | Strawberries, puréed | |
| 2 | Eggs, Size M | ||
| 1 | pinch | Salt | |
| 188 | grams | Flour | |
| 3/4 | teasp. | Baking powder | |

Directions
Melt butter and chocolate. Add sugar until it's nearly disolved. Stir in the strawberry purée, add eggs and salt. Fold in flour and baking powder.
Grease and line a baking tin (approx. 20 x 30 cm) with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into 12 pieces and decorate with chocolate and fresh strawberries if desired.
