Küchenlatein

Both sons hate plain white rice as garnish. So I had a lot of rice left from the weekend. Today I didn't know what to serve for lunch and I found a forgotten bell pepper and remembered some meat balls in the freezer. I sauted an onion, added bell pepper dices and a can of pizza tomatoes and than the rice. Serve with meat balls and some fried onion rings. Finished!
