What do do with leftover rice and sprouts?
For Post and EaT Everything WeekEnd Lame LeftoverS I recycled my leftover lemon rice and sprouted mung beans for a kind of fried rice.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add sprouted mung beans and stir-fry 1 minute and add the rice. Season to taste and serve! The sweetness of the sprouts goes well together with the lemon taste of rice.
